\nIn regis tering for this event\, you will be provided with a bus transfer to and f rom Windsor. \;You are free to wander the city for the day\; it is no t a guided tour. You can find information on the main tourist attractions from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and TimeOut.
\n\nThere will b e a pick up point at both Docklands and Stratford - \;see below. The bus will depart Stratford \;at 08:30 and Docklands at 09:00. To retur n\, we&rsquo\;ll depart Windsor at 16:00\, returning via Docklands first (around 17:30/18:00) and then Stratford. You should arrive ten minutes be fore the stated departure time.

nEarly bird tickets cost £\;8 until Wed 22 November\, after which th
e price will increase to £\;12. Your ticket covers the cost of your
travel to and from Windsor. Tickets are for students only. You can only p
urchase one per person. No refunds except if the event is cancelled.

Stratford pick-up point
\nThe pick-up point is outside the Moxy Hotel\, 86 Great Eastern

se look for our staff member who will be carrying a blue sign.
Docklands pickup point
\nOur staff member will be o
n the bus\, not at the Docklands bus stop\, so don'\;t worry if you do
n'\;t see them at the bus stop when you arrive. The bus is sometimes d
elayed by traffic when travelling from Stratford\, so it may not arrive e
xactly on time.
The pickup point is at the bus stop on campus. This is located halfway along the road between East Building and SportsDo ck\, next to Jamilah House and Kwame House. Google Maps what3words (juror.ears.trials)
