Join us for a guided walking tour of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, home of the 2012 Olympics.
Learn about its conception, creation, and use during the Games of 2012. The tour will also cover the world-class sporting venues, history of the area, parklands and wildlife, biodiversity and sustainability, artworks, and the park's continuing legacy transformation.
The tour will last around last around 90 minutes, starting from the Park Information Point.
Getting there
Students can meet our student officers at Stratford's Water Lane campus reception at 14:30 to walk to the park together. If you're coming from elsewhere, make your own way there and meet the group at the Park Information Point. Remember that you'll need to pay for your own travel costs.
