Returns and exchange policy
We don't accept returns. In the case of a faulty item, please email students.union@uel.ac.uk with the details. We will arrange for you to return your purchase to Students' Union reception (currently Docklands only) to be exchanged with a new product in the same size. We will only accept products for exchange which are unworn with tags intact.
