In line with the NHS 10 Year Health Plan to move towards preventative healthcare, we’re hosting a drop-in guided mindfulness session to help our fellow students cope with the stresses of exam season.
Alongside this, there will be an interesting talk at 10:15am from some of our year three OT apprentices about planetary health and sustainability.
Join us for an opportunity to decompress, discuss, reflect, and explore a side of healthcare you probably don’t consider. Below are the times we’ll be running the mindfulness sessions. Join the one that suits you best.
Session 1: 09:00-10:00
Session 2: 12:15-13:15
Session 3: 13:30-14:30
Session 4: 14:45-15:45
