Graduates, former students or students locked out of their account

If you left the University^ within the last three months or if you left the University^ more than three months ago but you hold an active/valid Completion of Procedures letter, please use this form.

We cannot advise graduates or former students who do not fit either of the categories above.

^ By "left the University", we mean you completed your course, or were withdrawn from your course, or were expelled, or left the University for some other reason.
